We are now giving our partners and customers the opportunity to test new features, as well as adjustments and bug fixes, prior to their official release. The new RampUp procedure is outlined below.
What are the benefits?
You can test new features and your core functionalities and provide feedback directly to the developers PRIOR to the official release. The developers will work with highest priority on any required changes to include them in the official release.
How do I find out when the next RampUp period takes place?
Ramp-Up release details will be published on helpdesk.coresystems.ch. We recommend subscribing to this FAQ to receive automatic notification about any Ramp-Ups. In general the Ramp-Up period takes place two weeks prior to the official release.
How to provide feedback to coresystems?
Any feedback has to be provided by creating a ticket via helpdesk.coresystems.ch. Please add RAMP_UP_X.XX to the subject line of your ticket. A member of either the support or development team will follow-up the ticket with you.
As always we aim to process your issue as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee that a solution will always be available immediately.
We need you to help us to provide a good version of our products and we thank you in advance for any of your feedbacks.
Please ensure that you are always using the latest RampUp version available.
How can I download a version in Ramp-Up?
For every new RampUp, a new FAQ will be published on helpdesk.coresystems.ch. Each new FAQ will be named "Ramp-Up coresuite OnPremise products, version X.XX" and will be linked to this main Ramp-Up FAQ.
The version specific Ramp-Up FAQs will each contain a brief description along with the installer and the individual modules. These FAQs are updated during the RampUp period with new versions as they become available. RampUp versions will not be available for automatic download via coresuite administration in the SAP Business One application.
