In a Nutshell
The Work Time module is used to record and manage employee working time.
Users can enter working hours by selecting the Create Work Time option.
Users will then enter the following information:
|Type||Predefined list. Example types include: Presence; Sick Leave; Holiday; Accident; Bank Holiday.|
|Responsible||The employee for which the Work Time record is being created.|
|Date||The Work Time record date.|
|Start Time||The work start time.|
|End Time||The work end time.|
|Break||If applicable, the duration of the break.|
|Work Time||The total working time in hours:minutes.|
|Notes||If applicable, any notes associated with the Work Time record.|
A Work Time record is synchronized with the cloud by clicking the SYNCHRONIZE button.
